WealthMarc Advisory Group has been in operation since 2009 and we have a strong industry reputation for providing a tailored quality service that has produced consistent financial results for our clients over the years. We have asked Guy Halpin one of our Sydney based senior financial advisers to provide a summary of his career and achievements to date.

“After completing my Commerce Marketing degree I embarked on a financial markets course where I went on to work for this company teaching people about financial markets. My role was as a Trading Tutor where I educated clients on various aspects of financial markets through seminars, newsletters and articles appearing on Yahoo Finance and Your Trading Edge magazine. The natural progression from this position was to be a financial planner where I could use my extensive equity and derivative market knowledge and communication skills to help people achieve their lifestyle goals and objectives. I went on to complete my Diploma in Financial Services (Financial Planning). The teaching aspect in my role as a Trading Tutor gave me the greatest satisfaction and it was then I completed my Certificate IV in Training and Assessment.

In more recent years I have completed my Advanced Diploma of Financial Services (Financial Planning) and graduated from the MLC Scholarship program. In 2012 I became a Certified Financial Planner which is a global certification and regarded as the highest attainable in the industry. I am a member of the FPA and practice their principles and beliefs with my daily interactions with clients.”
